Here are Kodak's pricing lists for motion picture film. Still a better bargain than still.

In the past some company in Seattle(?) sold some motion picture films for use in 35mm cameras. Iirc, there was special development requirement(s) -- exposed film must be developed by the same company, for whatever reason. Also some emulsion quality/thickness consistency issues, iirc.

Seattle Filmworks. They would buy bulk going-out-of-date or just outdated motion picture film and load it into used film canisters. Interesting stuff. They disappeared years ago.

Thanks for that - solved a mystery for me.
I've been of the notion that the 35mm 100ft spools must have been readily available at some time, but have fallen out of use. Nice to know Kodak still have them in stock.
S-83 is the code for them. Perfect for the Watson daylight loader, etc.
