Taken during a weekend in the alps (other pics from the trip here )

the original is made of 16 horizontal shots, for a 21.000 pixel wide image, taken with carl zeiss planar T* 50/1.7




I'm uploading the full-res pic too, will post the link here when it's done.

Yes, I tried to pay attention in keeping the peak in, but the combination of the monopod and my cold and trembling hands didn't allow better control. I never have a tripod when I need one.

Great job none the less. It is difficult to keep track of what you've done.

Thanks Phil.
The pics are stitched with photomerge in Photoshop cs6.
It works fine for me in most situations, but there are better options.
