Very unusual item. Late 1920's I believe.
This may be the first camera ever equipped with a built-in lightmeter (Practos Extinction type)
Some say it was a Zeiss Contaflex TLR of 1935, but this one certainly predates it.
Also has a rare "Rulex" Compur clone shutter.
A collectors item for sure.
