Having problems with the aperture rings .... limiter doesnt seem to work ... and the control ring seems to move both when turned.
The older version seems easy enough to open up ... but not sure how to start with this one.
Have googled until Im blue in the face ...with no joy.
Is the lens worthless ... or can this be reset.

It's explained in the post you quoted - and now ZoneV has shown you pictures. The optical block unscrews from the mount/focussing assembly.
