Hi everybody.

Here are some photos taken with my Helios 44-3. I didn't moded it to get it focusing (I refer to the "known" problem of his "design" ). I just mounted it on an helicoïde adapter. Lens's focus ring is then remplaced by the helicoïde one, works like a charm.

I like this lens. Also mine is in mint condition, so good to use lens with perfectly smooth rings...not that often with cheap russian lenses Smile.

Very few PP.

I can't use it on my normal M42 adapters, focus ring is always stucked.

Thats weird, mine work just fine (44-3 on Canon). However the focus ring dont seem very stable (fell off one time Very Happy ). Maybe someone else fixed it before I got it.

Absolutely agree with Thomas .
The butterfly one is no . 1 for me
By the way , where is the last one taken ?

Very nice. I like 6 and 8, the butterfly the best. I've never seen a butterfly with those beautiful blue colors - none around here.

There are two versions of the 44-3 mount. I had read about this prior to purchasing mine and remember examining the pictures before purchasing. The serial number is also a clue. I would have to search for my data if anyone is in need. The one I purchased ultimately did work okay on adapters.
