I have just bout a minolta 58mm f1.2 md. there is some dust in the glas. it is not so mutch but i will like to hear if somebody know if it is possible to fix this problem a your self.

Try to shoot in various condition and see if the dust affects something.
If it doesn't (and realistically it won't), in my opinion, it's not worth the effort and risks.

A little dust most likely won' affect the image quality at all. The 58/1.2 is too valuable to tinker with if you haven't done it before. Practice on a 5 euro lens... Or, send the Rokkor in for professional cleaning and lubrication. That's what I did and mine is like new now.

+1 open a lens only if necessary, dust is normal in old lenses. If not effect image quality not necessary to clean it, every cleaning risk lens safety.
