How can you tell which of the many adapters available are thin enough to allow infinity focus? They all claim to, but not all do. What brands would you recommend?

If the problem is thickness of the adapter, the cheapest -- aluminium with a black coating -- tend to be the thinnest
-- but they'll usually set the lens with its markings offset from top centre.

Ah use Fotodiox (from Amazon UK) sent from USA. Around £7 + @ £1 P+P. Haven't found any infinity problems with around 13 different lenses. Several are "offset" when connected but most are OK. Cool
