Hi,

Someone knows this lens? The real manufacturer?

at maximum aperture, it is smooth, but the sharpness is acceptable at f/5.6

I think it's not Cosina, since they have red dot and not red arrow DOF scale mark.

Yes, pretty soft at f/3.5, but looks good overall.

What distance is it? If it on infinity may be you have an infinity problem with your adapter.

No... the scale is 2.8, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 50m and infinity.
When focused still left a bit of ring.
