Very good. Subject very well resolved.

Has your 1,8/35 a black or a chrome aperture ring.

That's nice. Yet another lens to look for.

Beautiful results . Not a wonder , it's one of the "cult" lenses of Minolta . I watched a while after the MD version , but the prices are quite up ,over my budget .
Is it the HH all metal or the rubber ring one?

Sigh, I lost mine Sad I was shooting some ground level stuff and I think it fell out of my hoodie pocket, I won't be getting another till next year at the earliest, I have other priorities, and I have the 35/2.8 which is quite good.

HH all metal. I have rubber one too, will compare them in next days.

Huh, that was one unlucky day. It's pretty heavy lens, you really must have been away with your thoughts.

Afaik, the 1,8/35, PG 1,4/50, MC 1,7/85 and MD 2,8/135 are very, very sharp.

And here, the IQ of the 1,8/35 is exposed.

I was in the zone so to speak when it made it's escape.

I can say the MC 28/2.5, 35/2.8 & 85/1.7 are indeed sharp, I need to shoot the 58/1.4 more, while the 58/1.2 isn't the sharpest, it's still my favorite.
