Hi this is sited right outside my house. It is a mobile telephone mast.
My camera is a Lumix GF3 and I used a Helios 70-210mm lens and vivitar 3x teleconvertor. (only the Lilly was shot without the t/c)
I know nothing about photography and am really loving the absence of digitally assisted photos - this makes it more of a skill. Feckin' hard too.
This is a light bulb in my front room. As you can see by the 240v on it I live in the UK. The glass in front of it is one of the pearl droplets.
This is the wife's lilly plant, ah the smell. Can you smell it too???
Thanks for looking

very interesting photos
it's high time you started using manual lenses, they are much better for artistic photography, also for experimenting, they will be the right tools for you
welcome to the forum,

Thank you. So far everything I have shot I have not edited not even cropped so they are as it were "RAW" or unedited. Cropping and playing about with image lighting etc I can do - although as I am letting people who are experts in this field look at my work; I am getting you all to offer advice on my camera skills, not my editing. If I do edit I will publish the original and explain how and what I did to the image.
So thank you for liking one of my pictures - its nice to get praise. You lot are all very nice so glad I joined.
