Macro with Nikon 43-86 and 14mm tube.

Well, it does pretty good. Seems to be a little sharper with the tube when nearer to 43mm. The only post processing is a little bit of sharpening-I do that on most photos.

This one is almost wide open at f/4.

The zebra plant leaves made good B&W subject matter.

I wouldn't have picked that lens as a good candidate for macro use, but those results speak differently.
