Yes, exposure was hard to set in the skies; if one exposes too much the fires are hardly noticed,
if exposed slightly to less the foreground is darkened and destroys the whole pano.
I was little too much with exposure ...
maybe a slight ND grad would have been the solution, but that's hard to use in combination with stiching.
- a "multi shutter panorama" would have been another solution ... next year ...

I guess so 
sun sets here at 22:00h, that's when the lights started too. They shoot a signal-rocket as a
cue to light the fires.
Don't ask me when sun rises these days, I wake up usually too late
