This is a beautiful sharp lens , somebody did compare to Canon 500mm f4.5 L and wasn't big difference.Congrats! I look forward your opinion I love this lens.

When you get it , test rare filters you get it or not. If I remember as well it has rare lens filter system and might be part of optical system. I just saw filter on my 350mm tamron mirror lens.

Great, try without neutral I am curious , some of Russian lens not works fine without back filter.I forgot to test it when I had this lens.

Well I gave up with being outbid on ebay, and just ordered one one for ?59 from a dealers ad. I've not seen one go that cheaply on ebay for a while in decent condition.
