These were all taken in Hakone.

Edit: These look very soft on forum compared to viewing them in windows photo gallery on my computer. Has anyone else noticed this?

Another edit: They look sharp on Firefox but soft on Internet Explorer. What's going on?

At the (semi) active volcano and sulphur springs of Owakudani

Eggs are boiled in the sulphur springs and transported down the mountain in this mini cable car.

Landslides are common on this part of the mountain. I think the gases are vented to prevent destabilization.

At the Hakone Town side of Lake Ashi

the sulfur cooked eggs shall bring a long life, but i think it is also important to stay away from the edge of the quarry to enjoy the eggs Smile
