It is, most probably, a Biotar. Nice lens nevertheless.

However there is a black button like thing under the aperture scale (about one inch wide and a quarter to a third inch high)
Can be pressed, comes back

Seems to do nothing?

Aperture preview is via Arsat-style silver lever elsewhere.

right now only this

http://www.pentaconsix.com/80mm.htm

the lens would be #4 from left (most probably)
can't see button on these -
unless rear view at 12 o clock

shooting button closing pins?
But the pins are said to be for aperture

Oh yeah, next question.
Why does my Flektogon 50 (1059...) have these same "Exakta pins" on it?
GDR did not foresee Exakta66 I am sure.

Someone modified it? But are they operational at all?
It gets curiouser and curiouser.

Mystery solved, it is the Exakta66 preset-aperture cam/pin, see

("A" arrow)

That seems to be a great site btw.

Now what these little "pins" in the rear of these lenses (near the big aperture auto pin) do? Maybe just fabrication artefacts?

It looks just like this, even the case does
