I received this lens from Jan (Tedat) - many thanks Jan - and it came with known issues - aperture problems and stiff focus.
My son has disassembled and cleaned it for me and now it is OK. Still isn't completely normal in aperture but it is usable.
I took some quick pix this afternoon and will explore it further.

Does it have A/M switch? Can you please show the lens from the rear?

Yes it has a M/A switch but this one is still temperamental

Very interesting. It looks very similar to Yashinon DX 50/1.7 (apart of cosmetic of course). I think you have this lens as well. What do you think?

Yes, there is a resemblance.
I am unsure if they are the same though.
I will try to test them side by side later.

Well now a simple little comparison.
I find it hard to see any difference between this lens and the Yashinon.

Perhaps a very slight difference in the rendering of the background and that is about it.
