Soviet half-frame lens Industar-69 28mm f/2.8 adjusted for infinity focus on a Leica M39 thread mount adapter. (Instructions for adjusting it are in the image description on flickr.)

I think this lens was only for Chaika-2 and Chaika-3, not Smena. =)
