Here a 50mm Test.
(click on thumbail for original jpeg)

first :
All lenses at 50mm (except Helios)
f8 for All

pictures are showed in the order of test.

second :
a good shot whit Helios (since the first was rubbish !)

Third:
playing with Pentacon. (take a look at the tachymeter ring on the watch. see the details Shocked )

Thanks for the test shots and I agree about the watch. Surprising(?) at how well the Helios performed in this company.

Thanks, it is a gift from my wife.

I believe the Helios can do a little bit better.

Was a truly notice is that the pentacon must be close to do its best.

Not enough sharpness at 1.8.

Now that i've got a new tripod i'm gonna test once again the Pentacon and the two Helios.

i also believe 18-55 and 28-90 can do better.
F8 at 50mm is not enough for thoses zooms

sometimes i try to do some tests to compare lens.
in fact it only shows me us the influence of aperture.

ps : i have done the same with Pentacon 135mm... it is "interresting"..
