No, unluckily (for you, but luckily for me) i had never been through re-lubing an FD lens ...
If i find a broken (read: 0 euros) one, i will try to open it to check how to re-lube the focusing helical
and will make a new post ...

I bought it from a forum member who is no longer active now ... At that time, Attila was selling the same spanner wrench. PM him, maybe he still has some to sell ...
Otherwise, you could check Micro-Tools (more expensive, but pro quality) ...
Anyway, if you decide to buy one, whatever the source, be warned about the cheap (less than 50 euros) spanner wrenches available on Fleabay: sometimes they are supplied with soft tips that may easily rip off the slots and scratch the optical elements ...
