Millions of people began learning photography with the Pentax K1000. So, to pay homage to that great camera -- the most-produced camera in history, a title it is unlikely to ever have to relinquish -- here are some photos of my K1000.


The name, dramatic.


Dignified with a body cap to preserve the battery.

I know, the mirror foam thing could use replacing.
