I love both but the second photo is incredible, is it a double exposure? The icy hills at the bottom look to be a long way away and that tree looks way too big to be behind them on a misty hill. Confused

There have been no double exposure. Fog distorts the landscape and the back of the tree is the closest there right riverside.

If I remember correctly then the first is a Nikon FM2 and the Sigma 24mm and the second the same body, and AI-S 35 / 1.4

Once in a while, we get a photo that really stands out, and that makes our day
as a photographer. The second photo is one such example. If I owned that
photo, I would enlarge and frame it immediately! A scene such as that could
go very large and hold its beauty. 20x30 and more.

GREAT work, and way to be where you needed to be to obtain the shot! Very Happy
