I thought it would be a good idea to test the lens before I passed it on to Attila. I hand held it against the mount of the Canon and even at infinity setting it would only focus to about 40mm in front of the lens! Otherwise I would have had some shots to show you. Sad

Yes, this is very sad , keep an exciting lens in hand and can't use it. This was main reason why I did switch to m4/3 first and nex-3 samsung nx after. Look a second hand body as Ian did suggest, G1 for example cheap really.

Brand new Nex-3s on ebay for 170-180 BIN.

Congrats.

I've heard rumors that the 21 f4 is sharper on the corners, but the f2.8 is sharper in the center. Obviously that's apart from the obvious difference of size and weight in favour to the 2.8.

Possible, like Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 20 f4 and f2.8 .

Weather changed here to nicely, warm winters , with some frozen weeks only, sunny, rainy not too hot summer usually.

All done. The pics are really superb Attila - sharp, lovely colours and good contrast. And it's impossible to see any barrel distortion at all. Fingers crossed about the other one! Wink
