Still, these cameras have me interested. Too bad that if I would want to buy one, i will be very torn between either this and the olympus EPL3.
So far the olympus cams seem to be more compatible with existing 4/3 lenses (non micro) and have IBIS, which is very worthwhile with manual lenses and they have overal better color rendering and JPEG output.
However the panasonics have better/newer sensors (no stale old 12mp for most models, which is still approximately the same as in my camera!), and the ones in my price range have generally more decent grips and usually better movie options (might be nice to play with). However they lack IBIS and jpeg output is very important for me, also the new X lenses are nothing for me.
I would want a combination of these cameras... buys both and grabs tools tinkering time _________________ Tom |

At least in Japan pretty much all m4/3rds and small body dSLRs are marketed and advertized as 'women's cams'
Nevertheless, while in Osaka and Kyoto last month, I had a very definite impression that, compared to last years, now it's the young ladies that carry the big dSLRs and it's men, often not so young men, that use m4/3rds. My lady friend there told me, surprisingly, that small cameras are 'out', big dSLRs are 'in'. So right now Ladies like it big!
Well, most of her friends are ladies, men may be less 'fashionable' and still like these small and playful m4/3rds, at least for 'sightseeing' or when 'on tour'. _________________ for sale: preset Takumars: f2/58mm ( rare Sonnar ), f3.5/135mm, f3.5/200mm - Auto Takumars: f3.5/35mm, f2/55mm - Super Takumar: f3.5/135mm - S-M-C Takumar f3.5/28mm - Tamron Adaptall: f2.5/28mm - Jupiter-9 f2/85mm, Auto Yashinon f2/5cm, Kiron f2.8/28mm ( most lenses only can be sent October 2013 from Austria, some earlier from around Asia )
