Yes, I don't remember seeing a 650mm before. This looks very like the Sigma 600mm f8. Since stretching the focal length without changing the diameter would give f8.7, I suspect the designs are strongly related. BTW, I have a copy of the Sigma, and it isn't very good Laughing
