Thanks fellas.
Here are a few more.
I have flipped a previous image as I think that it is better compositionally - not accurate geographically though Smile
This is a very enjoyable lens to use.

Simply beautiful! especially last #3 !
By the way, I have the Pentacon 30mm f3.5 preset lens. Is it same as the famous Lydith?

Yes, quite likely the same optical design. Mine is in Exakta mount.

Very nice series.
I am amazed how well the lens holds up when the sun is in the picture.
The light spill from the sun is in my eyes near perfect.
I would have expected more flare.

I showed this image to my camera club colleagues last night, and the reaction was the same as yours.
I was also surprised by the way that this lens handled the front lighting. There is one spot of flare but it is minor.
I am not sure what coating(s) if any, this lens may have, but It does very well regardless
Not too shabby for a lens that must be approaching 50 years old

OH - Glad to see you are using the Fujifilm XE-1. I'm seriously considering the XT-10 with same sensor... Seems this combination is capable of producing some beautiful images ..

It is a very capable camera with excellent ergonomics.
It can use pretty much any lens and is a joy to use.
I think you will like the Fujifilm

Gratias.
I took my wife to the next town this morning to catch a train and snapped this while waiting.
Not the beach, but it shows some more of the lens' capability
