Your pictures show as well what else this lens could do, pictures like paintings, or sharp images too.
The Trioplan is my second most loved lenses, directly after the Minolta Rokkor 58/1.2.
Working on a backup-solution for the Meyer. _________________ Camera modification, repair and DIY - some links to look through: http://www.4photos.de/camera-diy/index-en.html

With all due respect I must say.
It's not fair to this lens to see only digital an color samples.
It was designed for bw film shoots.
I hope we can see some here soon. Certainly I will dust off my copy of the lens and put it between some HP5 and the world |
It's one of 3 lenses I'm using with my Spotmatic at the moment with HP5. When I finish the roll, I'll put some samples up. _________________ Casual attendance these days |

There is definitely a time and place for that soft ghosting effect, but the bokeh is definitely great fun. I especially like Vovan's flower shot (try cropping some from the bottom). Also ZoneV's first picture (beach weeds?) and Martin's red berries. I suppose this is one of those lenses on everyone's list. _________________ Regards,

I really like the lens, it doesn't work in all situations but if you learn how to use it you can save a painter for your pictures
The group shots aren't great as it was my first 'staged' session and I have to learn a lot, I know.
But the nature is really beautiful right now and adds some magic to the pictures, I think
