Macro Yashinon is a very good performer. Sharp with good bokeh. The only weak point is its hexagonal iris, which can create quite distracting bokeh when shooting busy background.

Got this lens in a surprise bundle(no description, except some low resolution images of the lot,was not 100% sure this was in the lot- and it was too close to the auction end -to ask any questions) last week in great condition. My gamble paid off . No macros yet. I love it hexagonal iris and all. Very Happy

Cheers

Very Happy yes indeed.

Some more images -took it out with the intention of getting some macros but the bees and the wind weren't co-operating .

Adios
