I have two would-be 6x12's, if that counts -
- A couple of Kodak 3A folders I am merging into one and converting into 120 - technically a 6x14, but maybe I'll mask it for 6x12 as its easier to count exposures. The lens is a 170mm Bausch&Lomb Tessar in a Compound shutter. That part at least works great. Now for the bellows transplant.
- A box full of Polaroid 150's, 900's, 850's and the guts of a lensless 110A. Just done transplanting rangefinder and front standard parts into the 110A. Lens will be a 130mm Kodak Anastigmat Tessar in Optimo shutter - that really is a great shutter btw. The experts say you really want a 127mm to use the original cam. The harder part will be building the 120 film transport that manages to hold it flat. I don't think it will do 6x12, but not too far from it.
Some more late nights and a few less "other things" - like some other projects I haven't finished yet - should see these through. _________________ I like Pentax DSLR's, Exaktas, M42 bodies of all kinds, strange and cheap Japanese lenses, and am dabbling in medium format/Speed Graphic work. |

Maybe should look for some Kodak folders, too. |

Sounds like Jussi might be interested in a 6x12, too. |

Not a 6x12, just a 8x14cm (3.25 x 5.5 inch) folder. I sure could use a 6x12 rollfilm holder for it, you betcha! _________________ Too many film+digi cams+lenses, oh my -- Pentax K20D, K-1000, M42s, more
