Is it named Hugo Meyer? Do you have a serial number?
It looks like one of those Trioplan lense that get high prices on Ebay - but I am not a collector who knows whether this is collectible or not.

I found the Meyer Diaplan 100mm/2.8 and Pentacon AV 100mm/2.8 as Trioplan 100 alternatives - seem like ~100% copy's, but without iris, and one need to tinker.

yep, the little-sister trioplan 2.9/50!
A (yet) budget lens that somehow fulfill my loss after selling the m42 red v trioplan 2.8/100mm 
I have got one attached to an exakta camera and can adapt it successfully to my nex3 and canon 5d2..
