When I try to do a remote operation from my PC to my Sony A7iii camera, I get a message: "Cannot access the folder" The camera shows up in my file manager but when I click on it, I get the message: "this folder is empty"

This has always worked before but suddenly it didn´t work anymore. What may be wrong?

This may be asking the obvious, so my apologies in advance, but did you check there is a memory card present in the SONY?
