Tamron 300mm F5.6 CT-300

this lens is lighter and smaller than I expected. No tripod collar which is kinda a downer but given size and weight not a surprise I guess

one thing I am a little confused about this lens is that it appears to have half stops between the marked stops on the aperture control. Looking through the lens they appear to actually be somewhere between the two marked stops. Like between f5.6 and f8 there is a half stop, not sure what it is though. same between f8 and f11 and on up to f22
