Went out to a local vineyard yesterday with an Industar 50/3.5 on the front of my trusty D200 - you could barely see it was there. Thank you Attila, another pleasant surprise. Some pictures from the combo:

Patrick, very nice results, really like 1 and 3! Is this the lens Attila sent
you? This is faster than my little guy (50/3.5). Would luv to see a pic
of this lens on the D200. Does it truly look like a blackhead on its cheek?

Nice and sharp, and surprisingly contrasty!

Bill

Attila was quite correct - it is an f3.5, and I have edited the post.

Thank you Attila (for the correction and the lens).

BTW #2 was put in as I thought it gave a fair indication of the OOF rendition, as well as highlighting how (to me) it was surprisingly sharp.

I tell every time if this lens made by Nikkor or Canon should be a collectible and well know lens, because made by Russian this lens has no value.

I bought I suppose 6 copies year ago cheapest was 3 USD highest price was 10 USD Laughing I gave them to my friends like you. This time harder to get but still very, very cheap.
