Any experience ? Do you know who did make it ?

Lens is silver finished, looks like silver Tamron or Beroflex.

Only reference to a 23mm f3.5 I can find in VM is this...
Quote:

Bell International, Japan.
Prominar f3.5/23mm lens on a 16mm Bell Kamra combined radio and camera.

There is also a mention of Elicar, but not of this lens size...

Elicar
This brand was distributed in 1977 by Highgate-Dufay, 38 Jameestown Rd., London NW1-7EJ.
It included a Elicar zoom f3.8 75-205mm with 13glasses in 8 components. £90.
A 'new' programme was begun in 1979 with:
f2.8/28mm; f2.8/35mm; f2.8/135mm; f3.5/200mm; f4.5 80-200mm zoom. (B.J.P. 14/12/1979. p1205).

I had a Elicar 23/3.5, but it was grey, not silver. Quite strange bokeh at f/3.5, average performances at f/3.5 (not bad, just average, especially compared to the Tak 24/3.5), good or very good stopped down.

The Elicar brand is probably own by Japan company call Komamura Corporation.

http://www.komamura.co.jp/ELICAR/index.html

From the information on Japanese site, they designed the 55mm F2.8 Marco and 90mm F2.5 Marco. They are made by Komine and avaliable in Vivitar, Soligor as well as other brands.

I had a 135/2.8 like that branded "Prinzflex" in silver. Reminded me a lot of a Chinon. I have also seen them branded "Alpex".

Here's the Prinzflex I had:

I have lens that looks just like this one, but it is black and has Pallas name. Serial number 770119 probably means that is was made in 1977. I think that this lens was made by Sun.
