Yesterday was first time out for real with my recently acquired CZJ 135 f/3.5 which I decided to put on my Canon 1DMkII. We came across a street fair - ideal people snapping territory and so glad I hadn't left home with just a 50mm lens - I'd decided to travel light.
A bright sunny day, lots of colours, lots of images which I'm still editing. Most require nothing more than conversion from RAW to jpeg, some are being cropped - such as the images below - one or two merit from sharpening or a bit of colour adjustment to reflect that I was shooting toward the sun then away from it with nary a tweak to the exposure settings.
For a £65 lens, I'm truly delighted.

Thanks fella. I can imagine that acquiring Zeiss MFs can be addictive. _________________ I used to think digital was fun but then I discovered film, then I found old lenses and then, eventually I found rangefinders.
