Click here to see on Ebay

Seller says that ens are M82x0.75, I havent seen this king of lens on cyclop night vision scope before, do you think it's possible that it would work on slr m42?

i seem to recall that something similar had lens like helios 40 but with iris removed, if it's same case here you would have lens that would be constantly wide open, good for night time not so much for daytime photography

ask the seller which mount it is, because what he stated in the ad is filter diameter

So far, there are more cyclop lenses that DON'T work on cameras than those that do. Most have a greatly simplified optical design which includes a large protruding rear element.

I think is quite easy to identify the right ones because of shape and inscriptions
The right one looks like this

The one on the ebay picture looks like the 85 1.2, useless, do not buy it

has protounding rear element, maybe you can use it with extension tubes but optics are not the same as helios 40
I would buy it if it came cheap for pseudo macros
Pd- You can see comparison with other lenses here
