Oh boy, I should be working!
But I could not resist to play around a little with my Helios-44M-6 and a trick lens. Well, I do not have a lunch break today...

I think it's a prism filter, Attila.
Usually here they throw them at you at the secondhand fleamarkets Wink

Yes, Orio is right.
It is a 5-element-prism filter that shows a somewhat sharp image in the middle and 4 softer ones (with heavy CAs) arranged around it.
You can turn the filter, similarly to a polarization filter, so that the 4 soft images will move in a circular way around the centre image.

In the first portrait the lens did not exactly point at my face.

The filter is something I found in my old camera bag the other day. I used it in the early 1990s with my Ricoh KR10x on film.
