It is a wild tulip form, very small and delicate.

Looks very nice.
I love sonnars as we all know.
Mine is here as well but I've only taken a few clicks so far.
As with many mint lenses it suffers from a stiff unused focus.
Need to CLA. Klaus are you still thinking to sell?

It has already been sold a while ago Andy, to a member here.
I just haven't had time to show the pics, since I was away
on business...

Nice, very nice, pretty pics.

The sonnar mark is clear in the images, specialy in the flowers ones.

As a real takumar lens, beauties colors, neutral rendering.

Thanks for sharing.

Rino.

What would you say, is it similar to Biotar rendering? Or other early Planar? Or is it a "class of it’s own"?

I don't know the early Planars, but the Tak definitely has a Sonnar-like bokeh. It's also less sharp than the Biotar. But as we know there's more than sharpness alone Smile

I'll try to take two shots today to compare with the 58/2 Tak.

Enjoyable series. Nice bokeh from this lense.
