It is a child's toy. Yes, it still rolls. It is a copy of a real, driveable wienermobile used for decades by the Oscar Mayer meat company, and still in use today. The company has one of the most famous advertising jingles in American history: "I wish I were an Oscar Mayer hot dog. That is what I'd really like to be. I wish I were an Oscar Mayer hot dog. Then all the kids would be in love with me ..."
Google it up. I'm sure you can see pics of the the real w'mobile, and hear the jingle ... Laughing
