There are 24x30 prints I made this week end, pictured with the K100D on Copipod, with an awful light, but I don't have better way to digitalize them here.

I've been coming back to look several times. I really like the first image... and all of these display one of the strengths of the Pentax 6x7 - the separation of subject from backdrop. The thing that holds the other pics back for me is the busy background, and maybe the way the light/shade mottles the faces. Maybe I'm sensitive to this as it is something I have to remind myself to be aware of.

Indeed, especially when we consider that we would need a 50/1.2 lens on 24x36 to get the same results (at least for bokeh quantity and dof, not for redering due to the lens design). Evan my Porst 55/1.2 doesn't seem to be as sharp as the 105/2.4, and far behind when we consider the lens behavior in hard light as on #3 and #4
