I screwed up (money wise) and ended up with a Rokkor 28mm f2 for too much money. I could have the same lens locally for much cheaper than from that evilBay seller.

The lens is being shipped.

Any opinions on this lens? what are its strong and weak points?

Thanx

I don't know, but here a quote: "If you were asking for the best 28mm lens for your SRT Super, that question would be easier to answer. The Minolta 28mm f/2.0 really makes no compromise, and it offers fantastic corner to corner sharpness due to floating element design like the other famous Rokkor wide angles, including the 24mm 2.8, 20mm 2.8 and 17mm 4.0." Thanx.

It seems like a good lens. The stupid things is I could have the same lens (may be in better conditions, or... worse) + a 50f2 + a x-700 body for USD$165.00 locally instead of USD$165+shipping for the lens only from evilBay. silly me.
