My 7 years old daughter and her new webkinz

C&C very welcome (you being polite will not help this novice to learn.)

no c&c here! really nice portrait; youre making my decision to delay purchase of ep2 very difficult to maintain!

So that's the 38mm from the original Pen? It's beautifully sharp, nice one!

I´m not sure that you are a novice Rolling Eyes

Only one word - perfect. One of the best children portrait within the last few weeks. Congrats.

Just perfect, and makes me yearn for my Pen lens, long gone.

In other words, a combination of good photography and lens-yearn inducement: perfect for this site! Smile

Sorry,
Too nice a portrait to give appointments for making it better! This cannot be one of your firts attempts?

Awesome - beautiful model very well presented. The PenF was always a bit of a mystery to me, but this is topnotch

Thank you all for the encouragements. Digital is very deceptive. You guys, photographers, likely get at least 1 keeper out 5. A novice like me usually get 1 keeper out 500. Digital is no where as expensive as film, and you guys don't get to see the disasters on my SD card.

Yes it's the lens of original Pen F. The one I got from ebay is in fairly ugly state but for USD$20.00 (+USD$10.00 shipping), i guess it's good. I'm trying to get the PenF Zuiko 40mm f1.4 but both times, it went way over USD$300.00.

No and I start running out of treats to bribe my model for another session.

Good portrait, great result from the lens/camera combo.

What's the crop factor on the Pen, 2x?

yes, 2x.

38mm -> 76mm and f2.0's DOF -> something like f3.5 or f4's DOF on 35mm.
