I have it too .. an excellent lens and Exakta finish one of the best on DSLR if you have an Exakta adapter (Canon, Olympus) You can focusing wide open even if aperture already at F8 , just don't forget to press Exakta bulb before press exposure button _________________

Thanks Attila !
Its very nice on film, I shot a roll on my Exakta -
Problem is there is no way to fit it on my Pentax, the arm hits the mount and I don't want to make any changes. _________________ I like Pentax DSLR's, Exaktas, M42 bodies of all kinds, strange and cheap Japanese lenses, and am dabbling in medium format/Speed Graphic work. |

There is an auto/manual function available on CZJ Exakta mount automatic lenses - press the lens stop-down/shutter button, rotate it anti-clockwise and then release it.
The button will stay in and the lens aperture can now be set manually.
Push the button in again, rotate it clockwise and release to restore automatic operation.
Applies to all automatic CZJ Exakta mount lenses including the CZJ P6-Exakta adapters. |
