Found it in an auction. Looks very much Tokina to me. In fact I'm sure it is. Strange because Voigtländer is associated with Cosina. Also Skoparet instead of Skoparex. This was only used for the Vitessa rangefinder for the fifties.

It's first time I see a skoparet lens , being a tokina, should give decent result

It is an older name for a wide angle it seems
