Some years ago I tried to make my own bellows using rubber T-Rod cover from a Toyota and macro extender to attach it on Pentax K10D
I'm using a compur shutter and the lenses are Voigtlander Heliar 15 cm / 4.5 and APO Lanthar 15 cm / 4.5
Here is the mechanism:

The Adenium shot was taken in a tropical country. I haven't seen any here.
I used complete set of Pentax-K extender (3 pieces) plus half of the rubber T-Rod joint cover. It is sooo difficult to use. May be a Canon tilt/shift bellow may help, but I almost spend all the money for the holy grails _________________ Tell me what you love, I will tell you who you are (Proust)

Rule of thumb:
- at infinity, extention is the focal lengt,
- at 1:1 it is twice (2x) the focal length
(minus camera register) _________________ Klaus
