Hello everybody!
Anybody knows anything about this lens? Is is supposed to be
a rare one, because I could not find any info in the Web.
It is too dreamy in my Olympus E-510 at 2.8 and 4.
It is better at 5.6 and 8. I have also taken some photos
with my X570 which I have to develop, in order to post samples. _________________ Minolta x500, x700 and Olympus E-510 and many manual lenses

There's an 18mm F3.5. Are you sure it isn't that one? _________________ Casual attendance these days |

Not only rare crappy too, buy and sell lens ... nobody published that is good and also that is crap because hard to sell after. Sigma made crappy MF lenses with some exception only.
This is my guess only. _________________ -------------------------------

I tend to agree. Back in the days of MF, there were a few exceptions, one of which I owned: the Sigma 600mm f/8 mirror (mine was the late model black one). _________________ Michael

Sigma Superwide 24/2.8 II is certainly also an exception. _________________ DSLR: K-5,K20d+Grip, Ist*Ds

Yeah, but to be fair, that same lens was marketed by several different outfits. I don't know if it was Sigma that actually built the 135mm f/1.8, but I've seen it as a Spiratone, Soligor, Rexatar, 5-star, and others. I would agree however that some examples of this optic can be quite good. Others I've see were just so-so. _________________ Michael
