Hello and Welcome, Pascal. Very Happy

Sorry, but I don't understand clearly what is your question.
Could you precise what you need ?

I don't know whether that is a more recent OTF TTL medical. These will not work on any DSLR as the metering and control method for their ring flash is tied to film. External sensor automatic and guide number automatic flash systems (like on early medicals from the sixties and seventies) work on any camera type. But watch out whether the flash trigger voltage is safe for electronic cameras - safe limits for modern cameras are somewhere between 5-20V, old flashes often have trigger voltages in the 150-300V range, which may destroy the entire camera.

Maybe it's having an extra X contact? Would make things more safe ..
