It is an Exakta lens, knob for make shutter to work.

Aperture stop-down release knob. On Exaktas, the body side release knob is at the 2 o'clock position, behind that contraption when the lens is mounted. Simple ones have a spring-loaded tab actuating the aperture there - on this high value lens it is a regular knob, with a built in twist lock. _________________ Sevo |

Yes, with the proper adapter, for Olympus, Olympus Panasonic 4/3, Canon, Nikon.
