Looks like a Tamron make.
Im not sure if mine is a Tamron. The grip is all wrong when compared to my 200mm and 300mm Tammy's.

Well, I made a mistake in identifying my 200 and 300 as Tamron made. They are Tokina, my mistake. 
The 400mm dosent look like either of my tele's, Im not so sure it is a Tokina lens, but I could be wrong.

But Tokina also made this model for many other vendors, in fixed mounts, hence the M/A ring, and the wide variety of other cosmetic variants, like the different covering or knurling of rings. These cosmetic items were easy to vary while the underlying structure remained the same.
That structure is visibly similar in these, the location and spacing of the various features is identical and distinctive, though the most telling feature of this particular lens is actually the enormous built-in hood.
