The 30mm F2.8 I can think of in Rokkor, would be an enlarger lens.

Aren't Minolta enlarger lenses designated "E. Rokkor" Walter?
I seem to remember we discussed this before and someone suggested it could be a lens for a CCTV camera.

This is the markings I know of. E. Rokkor, CE. Rokkor, CE. X Rokkor,
and Minolta CE (no Rokkor name on it.) The CE. X Rokkor was made for
the US market. The only ones I know of were round.

Shape wise it does look like one. I've only seen one. But it wasn't marked that way.But I really haven't seen much info on these lens to know what they made.
