I was browsing Contaximages.com and I stumbled onto this little portrait that I found admirable:

perfect use of dof (not one inch more not one less), perfect exposure, great sense of "air " and atmosphere from the background and the diffuse bright harbour(?) light. I love the bright feeling and the casual attitude. It even manages to make me like the fact that she does not look in the camera (something that 9 times out of 10 detracts from such a closeup image).

I think it would be a perfect advertisment for what this lens can do. I even wrote it.

scan also excellent I can't see any evidence this capture is made by film camera. Superb!

This guy has talent, he did several very nice images, this one he did with a MIR 20mm (not say if MIR-20M or MIR-47M):
